To confirm your booking we require your phone or mobile phone number and deposit which can be paid by credit. Credit details can be phoned on 08 87682148 or faxed on 08 87682155.

Harbour View Motel takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.

All cancellations must be in writing, by email or by fax and must be received by Harbour View Motel.

Cancellation - Off Peak Periods - Minimum Night Stays

  • Outside 7 days of arrival            - $30 Administration Fee
  • 7 days or less                           -  full accommodation charge as booked 
  • After your stay has commenced  - full accommodation charge as booked
  • No show without any notification  - full accommodation charge as booked

 

Cancellation - Peak Periods - Minimum Night Stays

  • Outside 30 days                        - $30 Administration Fee
  • 30 days or less                          - full accommodation charge as booked
  • After your stay has commenced  - full accommodation charge as booked
  • No show without any notification - full accommodation charge as booked

Peak period includes: Xmas, New Year, January, Easter, all school & Public holidays, Robe Village Fair and Lucindale Field Days & Robe Boat Show

Cancellation - Minimum Night Stays

No Cancellation of individual days is allowed in accommodation that is booked and has a minimum night stay.

(Please note there is a 1% surcharge for Visa and Mastercard and a 2% AMEX and 3% Diners). Harbour View Motel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Please think before you book as by booking you are committing to a firm business transaction.

We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover the need to cancel due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

House Policy's / Rules

1.   Harbour View Motel has a strict no party policy.  No parties, functions or gatherings of any nature permitted.  We do not accept groups of young people under the age of 21 years.  We reserve

      the right to remove guests who do not adhere to this code of behaviour and will be asked to leave immediately

2.   Persons under 21 years of age have to be accompanied by a 21 year old to book or stay at the Harbour View Motel

3.   Only guests allowed on the property must include the booked party.  Persons under 21 years of age have to be accompanied by a 21 year old to book or stay at the Harbour View Motel

4.   In the event that any additional persons are found at the property other than those booked, we reserve the right to terminate the booking and you will be requested to leave without refund

5.   Please note that owner/operators live onsite for guests comfort

6.   Full rate is payable if departing earlier than departure date.  No refund is given

7.   If partial guests depart early full maximum rate is still applicable, no refund will be given

8.   Check in: Unless prior arrangements have been made chick-in is after 2pm

9.   No Pets & No Smoking indoors.  We reserve the right to terminate a guests stay without refund if we become aware of guests or friends of guests smoking indoors.  A penalty of $1000 will also apply

10.  Damages breakages will be deducted from your bond.  Damage in excess of your security deposit is your responsibility and shall be paid for in full

11.  On booking you thus will agree to any other reasonable house rules which may be made available to you at the property

12.  We are in a residential area, guest are required to enter and exit the property quietly

13.  The noise level must be inaudible from neighbouring properties between 10pm and 9am

14.  All guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not cause distress to neighbours or interfere in any way with their right to enjoy their properties.  We reserve the right to remove guests who do not             adhere to this code of behaviour.  In these cases, no refund will be due, and we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternate accommodation, nor will we be responsible for any other associated costs

15.  Guests may not engage in any illegal activity at the property

16.  The owner or the manager of the property may need access to the property occasionally.  We will notify you by email or phone at least 24 hours prior, unless we have made verbal arrangements or it is a                 matter of urgency.  If however we have reason to believe that the property is being used for any reason that contravenes our terms and conditions we reserve the right to enter the property without notice
